We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase—and confident that Smarty PANCE is helping you prepare effectively for your boards and EOR exams.

Our policy

Support that continues beyond the purchase

I understand that sometimes there are conflicts, or it’s just not what you expected. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will issue a full refund within 60 days of your purchase.

Although our users have a very high pass rate, I understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If, for some reason, you don't pass your PANCE or PANRE exam, don't beat yourself up! I will happily refund your purchase for up to one year or extend a complimentary 12 months of access.

We also provide additional support through one-on-one coaching if you would like, although this is provided at an additional charge.
