E. None of the above

Answer and topic summary

The answer is C. HPV 3 and 10

Verruca plans (aka flat warts) are small, flat plaques or patches found mostly on the face, hands, and shins. They are mostly caused by HPV 3 and 10. In most cases, warts will clear up on their own. Cryotherapy and topical medications such as salicylic acid, topical tretinoin, FU, and imiquimod, are options if the wart does not resolve.
