Entropion is defined as the inward folding of the eyelid margin. There are many different types, such as congenital, involutional, spastic, and cicatricial. The most common type is involutional. This occurs due to laxity of the tarsal plates, eyelid retractors, and tendons. It increases with age. Management includes artificial tears/ointments and even skin tape. Surgery is definitive and more indicated if there are recurrent erosions or infections.
