Joe Gilboy, PA-C, graduated from the Duke University Physician Assistant Program in 1984 and has been a PA-C in the ER for 35 years. He has been teaching the PANCE/PANRE review for over 26 years and started in 1992.  He has had over five thousand students pass through his courses and has taught at many of the California and Arizona schools as well as PA programs in Ohio and Tennessee.
