A. HPV 11
B. HPV 16
C. HPV 24
D. HPV 30
E. HPV 35

Answer and topic summary

The answer is B. HPV 16

Vulvar cancer is cancer of the outer female genitalia. Risk factors include smoking, HPV infection (especially 16, 18, 31, and 33), immunosuppression, and precancerous lesions. Clinical features may include burning, localized pruritus, new lumps/lesions (often wart-like), bleeding, and discharge. Diagnosis is made with a biopsy. The first line treatment is surgical resection (radical vulvectomy). It has a poor prognosis.
