Answer and topic summary
The answer is E. Strabismus
Strabismus is a condition defined by eye misalignment; one eye is essentially abnormally deviated from normal visual access. Concomitant strabismus, in particular, can be caused by genetics, perinatal lesion, or uncorrected refractive error. Clinical features may include decreased or double vision. Hirschberg test or cover/uncover test can help with the diagnosis. Treatment can include visual training therapy, correcting refractive errors, occlusion (e.g. wearing an eye patch on the unaffected eye), or even surgery. Complications of untreated strabismus include irreversible amblyopia or lack of binocular vision.
