The End of Rotation™ exam Topic Lists and Blueprints are the resources PAEA and PA programs nationwide use to guide exam content. Alongside our PANCE and PANRE Blueprint courses, Smarty PANCE offers a blueprint course (study guide) for every active EOR rotation, an EOC course, comprehensive practice exams covering every topic on each Blueprint, and the new Smarty PANCE QBank with board-style questions for every rotation. New 2026-blueprint sections are rolling out rotation by rotation and appear inside each course as soon as they're complete. Unlike many sites, this is all included for FREE with every Smarty PANCE membership.

Legacy — General Surgery Rotation (Retired by PAEA)
PAEA has retired the General Surgery End of Rotation™ exam, so it is no longer part of the active EOR lineup. We're keeping our complete General Surgery course, practice exam, and Trello board available as a legacy resource for programs still administering the exam and for anyone who wants a structured surgery rotation review.
